How far in advance should I start planning or book a caterer?
It’s recommended to start planning as soon as your date and venue are determined, ideally at least 2 months in advance, especially during peak event seasons.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs or allergies?
We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies; however, clients should note that kitchens may not be completely allergen-free.
When do I need to confirm the final guest count?
Final guest numbers are typically required 5 business days prior to the event.
Do you provide a written contract?
Yes, we provide a written contract detailing the terms and conditions of our services. This legally binding document ensures clarity and protection for both parties by outlining key elements such as menu or service details, service style, staffing arrangements, payment terms, and cancellation policy.
What payment methods do you accept, and what are your deposit and cancellation policies?
We accept certified cheques, and electronic transfers. Our Deposit and cancellation policy requires a 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure the date, with specific refund policies based on the cancellation notice period.
Can you create a custom cocktail menu for our event?
Yes, we offer the option to design a custom cocktail or mocktail menu tailored to your event’s theme and your guests’ preferences.
Do you offer cash bars, open bars, or drink ticket systems?
Yes, you have different options to choose from, including cash bars (guests pay for their drinks), open bars (unlimited drinks covered by the host), and drink ticket systems (guests receive a certain number of complimentary drinks). The choice depends on your event’s budget and format.
What is the typical bartender-to-guest ratio for events?
1 bartender per 50 guests for Full Bar with Cocktails and 1 bartender per 75 guests Beer and Wine Only . This ensures efficient service and minimizes wait times for guests.
